Jim Persinger, CFE, LPI, is the owner and Chief Executive Officer of PM Investigations, Inc. and is the developer for the I.C.I.E.® project. He has 23 years experience in software development and has been an independent commercial software developer since 1993. Mr. Persinger has 10 years experience as sworn staff (Cobb County Police Department, Georgia), has served as a P.O.S.T. instructor, and regularly provides computer forensic services and cyber crime consultation to Fortune 500 corporations, individuals and a wide variety of law enforcement agencies at the Federal, State and local. Mr. Persinger owns several patents (hardware and software), trademarks, and copyrights, including Visual Report Manger™, Hide & Spy™, and Computer Forensic Surveillance®.

 

Ms. Taylor attended West Georgia College.  Her area of studies included Business Management and Business planning. Ms. Taylor has a knack for helping people determine how they can get more with less by focusing and refining our strategy and processes while helping the corporate environment in the telecommunications and information technology industries. Ms. Taylor facilitates planning for some of the new and emerging product lines for both Silent Shield LLC and PM Investigations, Inc.

Ms. Bishop brings in excess of 18 years experience in strategic planning, project management, marketing, and product commercialization having worked for fortune 500 companies, including The Coca‑Cola Company.   Additionally, Ms Bishop has in excess of 10 years experience as a paralegal serving both in-house counsel for corporations and private legal counsel.   Ms. Bishop also manages all speaking and event engagements and facilitates planning for all new and emerging product lines for both Silent Shield LLC and PM Investigations, Inc.

 

Dr. Jim Tanner, Ph.D., GSLC, is the principal at KBSolutions, Inc. He is the project coordinator and documentation author for this project. He has 38 years experience in the justice system, and serves as the forensic examiner for the Probation Department of the 20th Judicial District of Colorado. Dr. Tanner was instrumental in the design of Field Search and wrote the documentation for Field Search. Dr. Tanner is a recognized expert who has served as a trainer on cyber crime issues for ICAC, HTCIA, DOD, NCMEC, NLECTC, and government agencies in 40 states and 5 foreign countries.
